I have this very small data conversion project.


I want to convert from this[GIFT Format]: (In my post, it is wrapping but it would be in each line. Find attached two files)

Steps:
1) (First line) Assign serial number on second line like "1." without codes. If it is second question set, assign "2."
2) (First line) Remove contents from :: to ::
3) (First line) Remove { from the last column.
4) Assign A. B. C. D. on line 3, 4, 5 and 6
5) (Sixth line) Remove } and replace with ANSWER:
6) line with = is the correct answer. Remove = from the line and extract information starting from # in that same line until end of line and next to "ANSWER: " write that option e.g. A and on the following line paste the extracted information.
7) Remove ~ from rest of the lines


And the reverse way from AIKEN to GIFT.

I need you to provide me that script as local tool that I can run on my PC or script I can run on my website e.g. php or asp (I can upload the source on my website where I can run the php script that converts the data). I can change script to the source file anytime I need conversion, so no fancy forms, etc required.

I should be able to change the source as per my need.

Let me know... I am attaching sample files.
