Project Description:
We are looking to migrate a highly customized NetSuite implementation to OpenERP for one of our clients. They want the customizations they currently have in NetSuite duplicated in OpenERP.
Most of their customizations focus on:
- Support ticket management (tracking inbound technical support/customer service contacts via phone, email and chat)
- eCommerce/website (online product, accessory sales, eBay integration, self help (repairs and RMA's can be initiated online by customers without calling into the help desk). Current websites in NetSuite need to be migrated also.
- Shipping: integration with USPS, UPS, FedEx
- RMA/returns/repair management
- Asterisk integration for inbound calls (pull up customer records for phone agents receiving the call)
Please advise if a demo is available of existing work.
Please do not bid if you have no previous experience in OpenERP as project requires quick development and extensive knowledge of existing components and resources. Work is projected to last about 400 hours.
Bids without openerp experience will be ignored.
Again, customizations are already working in NetSuite and just need to be replicated in OpenERP. NetSuite screen shots and process flows will be provided for final scope of work.
