I need a datebase that when I enter in apartment application ststus it can be access for our web site.this should be achive by applicant entering their Social Security # to show their status of the apartment they applied for. fields should show and ID#, Date entrered, SS#, applicants Full name, a drop down status menu for data entry date of status entered and room for notes(explanations). The web page should just Say "For Apartment Status Enter Applicants Social Security #" and a space to enter it.
I plan to add this page to my Exiting web site.
