**** PLEASE NOTE, I WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU UNLESS YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ EVERYTHING HERE. PLEASE PERSONLIZE YOUR RESPONSE OR IT WILL BE OVERLOOKED. I AM LOOKING FOR PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT THE WORK THEY DO AND CLIENTS THEY WORK WITH. I'VE LISTED THIS AS A VERY SMALL PROJECT SO THAT PEOPLE BID ON THE SEPERATE PIECES.

I need several things done for this project. First I am trying to come up with a name for my Real Estate firm in New York. I would only like people who are familiar with the companies Corcoran (corcoran.com) and prudential douglas elliman (elliman.com) to respond. I am trying to come up with a name for my company that will command luxury and wealthy clientele like these companies do. My name is Avery Michael Worrell, in case you want to think of a company name surrounding my name as one of the options. I also seek to work with the celebrity clientele. So the name should command that attention as well. The brokerage company will be based in the New York City market. With this name I will need a logo to be created and I need to see it on a business card to visualize how it will look to my target audience at entertainment industry and networking events. Next I will need a letterhead to be created for mailings etc. I am also looking to create a website that will appeal to this luxury or high-end buyer/seller, preferably something with flash content or extremely similar to my competitions websites listed above. The website must say read, professional, reliable, trendsetting, futuristic, in touch with technology, cutting edge, knowledgeable, diligent, sophisticated, Stylish, and cool in the most cost effective way!

I also need a seperate website done that will act as a lead generation/ capture site for people all over the world looking to buy Real Estate ANYWHERE in the united states. A good example would be reply.com and replyrealestate.com. This is my competition here. I want these sites to be in English, Spanish, French, and English. I am looking to attract the foreign buyer for the lead and brokerage business websites. This too needs the right name and domain name to be very catchy. I want my websites to be rated, atleast, in the top 50,000 sites based on alexa.com rankings. This too would need a business card and letterhead. Obviously for a site like this I need someone savvy in website security too.

It would be great if you all individually submitted prices for individual tasks as I will mostly likely be doing this piece by piece. I need the price for each individual piece. So if you know how to design logos please respond. If you know how to do websites please respond. If you are strong at branding please respond. If you are skilled at making website visible on the alexa map please respond but be prepared to prove it. If you are skilled at lead capture particularly for luxury real estate please respond and be prepared to prove it. If you specialize in flash please respond. We all know that we are in hard economic time so budgeting is key for me.
