Need some coding changes to existing OS Commerce sites

Project Description:

I have 3 existing OSCommerce 2.2 sites. They all have the Vendor addon installed. I use the different vendors to specify different shipping. For example, Vendor 1 - USPS. Vendor 2 - Free Shipping. Vendor 3 - $1 shipping, etc...Currently, when someone purchases an item that has a Vendor associated to it, I don't get any notification that the product sold. Also, the item
does not show up in Orders in admin. PayPal only shows a generic company name under the description. So I have no idea what the customer is buying.

I need to have a notification emailed to me when the product sells including detailed information (product, price, size, shipping, etc.) I have a sample order of what this should look like. I also need to have all the orders show up in admin under Orders.

This will need to be replicated on this site and two others (exact same).

This will need to be done asap.

Please only bid if you have experience in this. Budget is no more than $75.
