Learning Management System (LMS) Integration

I am a romanian developer with 5 years experience in php and 2 year working with moodle. I am the technical reference in Moodle for two major companies : one italian (form top 100 companies in the world) and one american I am a code contributor for at least two Moodle modules ( feedback and facetoface ) one of them ( feedback ) will be included in the core of the Moodle 2.0 I took part in a team of two persons which handled the entire process of Moodle instalations of the companies i wrote above, starting from server handling, Ldap auth, template and design implementation, writing additional code and modules, generating extra reports with BIRT, red5 integration with moodle...
