I need a Wordpress Affiliate/referal plugin created similar to the one located here:

You can go to that site and see a demo of what the plugin does and how it looks for both affiliates and the admins.

first of all, let me tell you that the site for which this is used is a wallpaper site..and it has nothing to do with selling any products. I just want you to have an idea , so i stated the above url.

1.i am starting a new wallpaper download site , i need only registered members to comment on the posts made by me.
2.The registered members will have a back end system where they can have their refferal url / simply they can add ?=refname to the end of the post on the blog / blog url .
3.they get a point per unique visitor per day through their url. all cookie are 24hr format.
4. They can redeem the points either for cash / coupons / prizes from their backend
5. when redeemed , the points should refresh accordingly maintaining a history of them in the admin and user backend.
6. the admin / user panel needs to be friendly and also updates are needed as and when wordpress releases new versions which may not be compatible with the current version of the plugin , which will be paid accordingly.

Still more to discuss with the selected programmer from the bids...


I need a fast and competent programmer for this who can do it at a reasonable price. Please send any examples of previous Wordpress plugins you have worked on if possible.
