Project Description:

I'm looking for someone who is well versed in RETS development to connect to the RETS system via PHP and create custom queries that will be displayed on the following pages for a specific neighborhood in my Real Estate Board region:

1. 1 BR Condos for sale
2. 2 BR Condos for sale
3. 3 BR Condos for sale
4. 4 BR Condos for sale
5. Townhomes for sale

For example, each query will get:

Price, Features, Amenities, Number of Bedrooms, Number of Baths, Type of Residence, Style of Residence, Square Footage, Agency Listing the Property, All Photos associated with the property, Property Description, Est. Property Tax, and Year Built

for all listings that are currently active (i.e. they are actively for sale).

The data set for each page above will display the results in a paginated fashion (10 listings per page) with the following information for each property viewable: Price, Bedrooms, Bath, Type, Sq. Footage, Listing Agent, Photo at a size of approx. 225px × 169px, Description, and the MLS Reciprocity logo. The description contents will be truncated to 100 characters will a "Read More" button placed at the end. This clickable button will take the user to the "Details" page.

The "Details" page for each listing will display the following:

Price
Large Photo ~ 500px × 391px
Thumbnails of Additional Photos (75px × 59px) - when you rollover the thumbnails the large photo will change to display the larger version of each thumbnail
Description
Features
Amenities
Square Feet
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Est. Property Tax
Type
Style
Year Built

This data will need to updated frequently presumably on a daily basis. I'm using MODX as my CMS with a mySQL backend for my php driven website and it will need to integrate into the MODX framework. Ideally the information will be imported into the mySQL database were I will be able to customize searches (I.e. Price Low to High, Largest sq footage to smallest, etc.). I will fine tune the CSS to display the content.
