Project Description:

For a drupal site I have made, only the homepage still has to be made.

The meaning is that you will make the homepage as in this prototype:
http://kortie.nl/extfv7

So at the top of the page there should be a place for a banner image.
Below a welcome word and below that 3 recent news pages.
At the left sitebar there should be a menu with tabs. This could be done with quick tabs: http://drupal.org/project/quicktabs

Below the tabbed menu, a menu with recent calendar items as shown in the prototype.
And below the left menu in the sidebar just 3 banner images.

This homepage should be done with views. Just use blank banner images because I will replace them when the homepage is finished anyway. The designs of the right side menu's should fit the design, but could be less graphic than the menu on the left side. Just make everything to look in harmony with each other.

Because the development of this drupal 6 site has pauzed for a long time, some modules and the drupal install should also be updated to the latest version. I don't expect any compatibility problems when doing that.

Because this is a pretty small and easy poject I expect that it could be finished within a couple days.

In the description I mixed up the left and right sidebar sometimes. Excuse me for that, but just look at the prototype and than it's all clear.
