I am not sure what to call this project but below is details of what I have and what I need done.What I already Have:

What I need done:
I want to combine the website and blog into one wordpress website. I would like a new customised theme also.
I want to move the existing blog to the url www.ghostwritinguncovered.com with the blog posts showing on a blog page. What I want to do is keep the url for the blog the same so as not to loose any of the backlinks that have been built up over the years.
The homepage can be left blank and I will fill in all the content. The current pages on the blog can be removed and I will add the pages I need.
I will remove all additional content from the server once the blog has been relocated.
Some plugins that I would like on the new blog:
at the bottom of each post I would like to have related posts listed.
I would also like to have instead of the digg button on the top of each post a retweet button.

I would also change the flower image to a writing related image. I would like the Header and Slogan to be above the main menu and not to the side as shown here.)
I prefer clean and simple themes that will load quickly.
