Fullscreen Flash AS2 background

Project Description:

I require someone who knows Flash and specifically AS2, to be able to take an Fla file i am working on that uses a menu and make it full screen without cutting off any edges or content on my page.

The background stretches (whilst always maintaining aspect ratio)

while the content on the page always enlarge or shrinks to stay on the page (never cutting some of the content out) despite how narrow or large the page becomes. The Flash needs to be able to always show all content like cyber coach as it needs to fit all monitor sizes in full screen as well as resize perfectly if someone chooses to rescale it.

I am not asking for the code to be manually written, if you can use code from other sources as long as it works as i require.

I am told anyone with good working knowledge of Flash AS2 should be able to get this to work quite easily and quickly. If you think you can do this please bid
