Hi allI need a PHP Guru with web graphics skills to complete this project ASAP.
What is need is a CPALotto site. This will have a very simple home page that lures a visitor into registering.
CpaLotto Site must:
-Show a timer counting down when the next jackpot will occur
-Display winners on the homepage
-have a signup button / login button on the homepage
-REGISTRATION must be limited to Canada,USA, or the UK
-new users must verify their account by e-mail
-Once logged in users will see their profile and "lotto ticket balance" will be 0
-To win money on the lottery you must have at least 1 lotto ticket
-To obtain a lotto ticket, you must complete a CPALead survey
-Once a survey is successfully completed, a lotto ticket is added to their balance with a unique 8 alphanumeric ticket#
-The script will randomly choose a winner and then the winner will be notified
-Once a winner is choosen, they must enter their paypal address
-Admin manually will pay the winner once a day
-The length of time between each lotto will be determined in the config file

Thanks for inviting me for the project.
I need following clarification before i go on bidding for it.
1.Do you need admin to set time duration between two lotto or just one fixed interval in config file.
and say you keep 5 hours as time difference so in every five hours we will have a winner for each lotto right?
2.What kind of survey are we taking here?you also need this survey to be coded.
if yes, then we will need admin section for management of survey as well.So what will you need in survey?
3.i must ssy i am not a PSD designer for website. i just code in php and mysql.
i can implement psd to html and css if provided.
(if that's what you meant by web grapics designer).
I can start right away.
