Hi,I need software that will show certain content to public wifi hotspot users at specific time. For example, they would have normal internet access untill 3 pm and at that time they will see content that i want them to see, for some period of time. And that normal internet access would resume.

We are doing this in Ireland and it is very easy to achieve.
What type of router are you using ? The software we would implement would replace the router and provide the web content, advertising, user authentication and speed control. It would change profile at 3PM and revert back at 3AM for example to a different mode of operation.
You will need a PC with two network cards for us to implement from remote. less
