Project Description:

Looking for a US-based B2B telemarketer. It should be an easy sell because the customer is already spending money on advertising and we want him/her to get to Google page 1 (place listings) using our service (and ditching the other advertising). The customer doesn't pay until their listing is ranking (often within 24 hours of signing up). You will need to call, get the sale, get a simple one page contract negotiated and signed, and I'll rank the listing.

You will be compensated generously for your work. Initially you will be paid 20% of the setup fee (varies depending on market, but the setup fee could be $200-800+ for each listing, and the more you negotiate the higher the percentage will be, up to 35%). Then you will be paid 20% of the monthly maintenance fee (smaller than setup but recurring, and again, if you are able to negotiate a higher monthly fee, your percentage will increase as well). This is ideal for the part-time telemarketer who is great at what they do. Perhaps it would take 1-2 hours a day. Referrals from those may even be easier. If you can get 1-2 sales a day I would be elated (and you would do very well too). I will only be choosing one or two US-based candidates who have the following capabilities:

- internet and email setup
- phone and fax (scanner is good but not necessary)
- cheerful, winsome personality who can close the sale

I will provide a list of companies to call, but after I give you more details, you may want to choose your own localities and professions to call (even in your home town/city).

This is a 100% commission-based position.

I am modifying this slightly to include an option of selling the customer on a one time yearly fee vs. the above initial fee+monthly fee. Your commission would be based on that fee, and if the customer re-ups the next year, you get the commission again. Thanks.
