Project Description:

We need a Flash/Flex developer to build a custom video player for making 2-way video calls using Flash. This can be done using FMS (Flash Media Server) or peer-to-peer (Adobe Stratus and Flash Player v10+). This player will be integrated into our PHP/AJAX app.

In summary, Player must have:
* Capability of being controlled from JavaScript through calls to exposed functions and by setting flashvars. Such controls would include setting sound level, video quality, size and aspect ratio.
* Event notification capability to JavaScript on events such as end of call
* Specific mic/speaker controls as outlined by the spec document.


Key requirement for provider: We must be able to talk by voice to the actual developers, rather than just the managers. We will designate a 2-hour mutually chosen period each workday, during which time we can have ad hoc discussions when needed.

    My Skills:- Adobe Flex/Flash, FMS, JavaScript, dhtml, Photoshop(some editing). Total experience 5+.

    Is is seems like you want a online video chat application, i am already working on similar project, but its a video player not video chat player. This video player can be controlled via js. An js can decide weather player will connect to FMS or static url. So here adding video sync is not a big deal.

    Key Requirement:- I don't have any such PM/TL. Its just me and i will do that work. For voice chatting, i am almost on every popular chat(MSN/Yahoo/Skype/Gtalk/Screen Name). Feel free to ask any ID
