Project Description:

* Reference: Show the past link building work you've completed. It will be held in confidence. Proof of quality work & experience is required.

Link Requirements:

* One link per domain will be counted (Example: 100 links must come from 100 different domains)
* Only acceptable Domains are: .com, .net, .org, or .edu only.
* All links must be permanent, One way, non-reciprocal text links, from relevant websites. ( "do follow" )
* URL must not contain word "link" anywhere in the url.
* Links must be static html links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text

* All Links must be Manually submitted. No automated techniques or black / grey hat techniques . URL must not contain “.../links/” in it.
* Must not participate in any commercial web rings or link exchange programs like Linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com etc.

* Links are not to be spammy.

* Links from the following types of sites or pages are NOT ALLOWED: torrent sites, file sharing forums, blogs, newsgroups, ping sites, guestbooks, classifieds, dynamic links, link farms, link-exchange programs, directories, article directories, articles submission, Free For All websites, under construction pages, hacker sites, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, pornographic or black hat sites.
* No blog comment spamming.

* Page must have content, it can't be a page with nothing but links in it.
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.
* Link page must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices.
* Page should not be excluded by robots.txt and anchor text must not have nofollow tag.
* No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. NO SPAMMING

* No use of blackhat software. Seriously, you know what I mean. You must build links manually in a Search Engine friendly and spread out over time. Staggered deployment of the links is required over 30 days to avoid any penalties.

* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you.

Please note: Whitehat is crucial and required. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. Payment will be made after I have received the spreadsheet and verified each link. (50% paid after job complete, remaining 50% paid 30 days later once the links are confirmed permanent.

Read the above terms carefully. If you agree to terms, you're welcome to bid. Payment terms will be 50% when 250 links are built and the rest on completion. Reports to be sent for each 100 links that have been built.

Lots of regular work if you are dependable, and can follow my instructions exactly.

Max 2 different business keywords.
Links must be on related B2B sites.

Links will need submitted at rate of (25) links per week.

100 Links total links broken up as follows:

(20) PR5+ [rate of 5 per week]
(20) PR 4+ [rate of 5 per week]
(20) PR 3+ [rate of 5 per week]
(20) PR 2+ [rate of 5 per week]
(10) PR 1+ [rate of 2-3 per week]
(10) PR 0+ [rate of 2-3 per week]

All 100 links must be on a different "C-Class" server.

Spreadsheet will be to be emailed each week with the following information:

Keyword / URL keyword is linking to / URL of Page Link is on / Site Type / PageRank of Page that keyword is on / IP Addresss / Date Link Placed

I will setup an escrow for 50% of the payment. once the links are verified, I will release this 50% escrow, setup another 50% escrow, I need to wait for 30 days to check the links are still there, then I will release this second 50% escrow.
