    There are two separate costs, there is the direct fee that would need to be paid directly to Linden Lab (the company that owns/runs Second Life) for simulation (sim) server hosting costs and fess that is a base cost no matter the project and then there is the costs paid for a developer to build, set up functionality and be a liason with SL.

    $3000 can be indeed enough money to cover the development part of the cost depending on how extensive the scope of the project is and if it is not adding into that cost of server space/land fees that Linden Lab collects.

    In our development companies case, we also have two sims of our own that we use for more temporary client projects depending on the scope of needs. This can also help lessen costs.

    i have exp. to create the building in second life.
    Please check the sample building mosque in second life in the following steps

    1) Please open the second life viewer
    2) click the "map" button in the bottom.
    3) Enter the name "corfeld" in search option.
    4) Enter location value "212,78,71".
    5) Click the "Teleport" botton.
    6) Rotate and walk around the mosque.

    Before applying the bid, i wants to know the detailed description of the project with the input of the building.

    please send some sample input i will build to show my skill set.
