    Q1: What do you mean by "The software should be able to operate on a bluetooth in off mode"?

    Q2: 50+ calls at once. Definitely not posible. Maybe posible "one by one", but no handset can do a multi-party call on a single shot, neither more than one one-party calls simultaneously. What do you mean by "ability to help me make atleast 50 calls at onces"?

    Q3: What do you mean by "within the bluetooth environment"?

    Q4: What type of handset are you targetting?

    It would be good if you could explain a use case. That would help understand what you want / need.

    Need to clarify. Are you wanting the software to work in Bluetooth mode with the Bluetooth turned off? eg override system setting for Bluetooth? And then you want to have your cell utilising 50+ outbound lines to service provider?
