Project Description:

I need an affiliate, referral or associate program for my website.

Domain http://homesavers.cc
Affiliates can either get paid per lead
or they can choose to get paid per sale

I want it to be 2-tiered.

I want affiliates to have unique urls
I want affiliates to have statistics and control of their leads

I want an affiliate backend.
Where I can communicate with them
Put training videos
Put a forum
Put marketing materials (with their affiliate id included)
They can see their stats, leads, and sales.

My company handles communicating with a homeowner and gathering all of the documents necessary for loan modifications.
I need to be able to track who sent the lead and whether they want to get paid for the lead or gather the paperwork and get paid for the sale.

I don't know the best software solution for all of this, so if you have experience with this or know someone who does...
Please send me a PM with your solution and any examples that you have done in the past.

If there is a software that will do this, I am glad to use that and will pay for the installation and customization neccesary.

I want to be able to have a control panel to control as much as I can on the backend of the affiliate program and pages.
