Help me fix and learn to run my Joomla adult site

Project Description:
I have an adult site that was set up by a bidder here and I need to learn to operate it and promote it. There is a problem with the video upload section that needs to be fixed. I will also need help with promoting the site. There is oportunity for someone to help maintain the site in the future. The first thing I will need to do is to change the pictures and some of the text that appear on the home page. Acceptance of a bid will depend on the speed and clarity of communications between myself and the bidder during the bidding process. Please don't bid if you can not provide quick and personalized communication. If you want me to accept your bid you will have to answer on the PMB quickly. This site has been on the internet for quite some time and I have not been able to use it. I need to get it going, it is doing me no good at all in its present state.Skills required:
