  you are free to reject our work or demand re editing at any stage with justified reason.
  
  First stage involves arrangement to do right system, and resources to handle editing.and related information and planning of work. at initial stage 1 hour editing work only taken. if you satisfied you have to pay for it.
  Later stage we extende to 2, 3, 4, and maximum of 5 hours of finished track.Later works taken after completion of previous stage with expected result (for you) and payment (for us) only. never pay us unless satisfied.(we are committed but desperate as such works irreversible if rejected)
  
  
  Let me explain some technical things related to task. Sound track in Mp3 will be decoded to pcm wave format edited, rendered and re encoded to mp3 format
  if a sound track of wave form(cd quality PCM wave 44.110khz 16bit)
  contains 2 unwanted points it should be cut at two positions(for each sart and end point)and joined again. With decoding and encoding time added
  
  Whatever may be task! Cutting editing, removal of hiss hum background noise, adding effects re-sampling etc no mater of complexity we do, but Time and cost varies. Number of editing points (pause, surges, crackle,) and re-sampling period (background noise hissing and humming removal and effect) decide time for editing, an increasing number of editing/elimination parts increases completion time accordingly.
  
  
  I can't bid exact amount unless testing the task of 1 Hr. I can only assure you about reasonable pricing. it may anything in between $10-$18/hr for 1 hr .of finished track.
  It depends upon complexity and work hour.(a medium editable track takes 5 hr work for 1 hour of finished track length)
  more editing points (more than 100) increases work time beyond 7 to 10 hour to accomplish.
  
  Mainly wave editors used for your work. we are familiar with every kind of wave editors. Regardless of complexity.(from Nero to Audition)
  we do use whichever suitable one or more.(there r more than 10)
  no difference for us whether its basic like Nero wave edit. or complex like adobe audition.typically we use more than one editors to utilize each ones highlight over other in particular plug-ins and capabilities.
  
  you have to take care for clean master recording with normalization of amplitude not to exceed over100 or under 10 level.
  over and under cutoff waves will be hard to edit and needs re recording. You are requested to attach clean typed script of related voice
  in .doc or .txt only form (not as .jpg)to make editing ease. as without voice communication and guidelines editing tasks are always hard.
  as technical persons are little aware about complex phrases words and philosophical terms.

I not anly work with speeches but also with music.. so i have plenty of experience in cleaning audio.. here you have the file. I use Sony soundForge and Sonar 7 Producer edition. Thanks

  I'm bidding on behalf of my assistant. She's been doing this kind of work for me during the past 5 years, and I believe she's the best I've found out of 20 other applicants. She uses CoolEdit and Audition for my projects. I myself is a voiceover artist of the Chinese language but my work also include long English passages.

  um, not to be a jerk or anything, but you expect a professional sound editor with professional software they purchased to edit your files for $10 per *finished* hour? Does that even amount to minimum wage? You should be paying no less than $50 per studio hour for this kind of work.
