Project Description:

I am looking for someone that knows what they are doing and can execute this part of the SEO plan.

I prefer to get reviews/blog write-ups with the links embedded.

Note that I am very seasoned in SEO, and expect a full report on everything done and a list of the potential pages you plan to submit to before payment will be released.

Need: 75 PR4+ links. All links to follow below requirements.
Note: I will count a PR6 link (done correctly) as 3 PR4's, I will count a PR7 link as 8 of the PR4 links, a PR 8 link as 25 of the links. So if you can get some higher PR links this will go really quick.

1. One way links only (no reciprocal links)
2. Links must be permanent, static html links
3. Manual submitted text links only, with supplied key phrase/text.
4. ABSOLUTELY NO link exchange programs or web rings.
5. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and link
must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
6. Active sites only, no construction sites.
7. One link per domain / Class C IP
8. No payment sites.
9. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics.
10. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
11. All Link pages should be from English language sites only
12. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most.
13. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted

If you are unable to produce enough acceptable links within 30 days then you will be paid on a pro-forma basis for correct links attained.
