Project Description:

We are realising the project which name is:
testCV as a tool that helps to recruit and verify qualifications of workers and job applicants

Therefore we are looking for a specialist who writes for us full language test examining the level of language skills in the language specified by us:

Language group:
1.for example: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Czech
2.for example: Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Hungarian, Serbian

We want to receive the base of exercises (where one sentence is one test question). The testing mechanism will be drawing questions from the base and arranged them in a unique set of questions. The test will be checking candidates for their language competence. Therefore after finishing test the job applicant will receive one automatic feedback about evaluation.


The contractor should write
150 (e.g.: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Czech),
100 (e.g.: Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Hungarian, Serbian)

exercises including:

Sections for e.g.: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Czech and e.g. Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Hungarian, Serbian:

Grammar & Vocabulary: 90% questions at level A2, B1, B2, C1
Reading comprehension: 10 % questions at level A2, B1, B2, C1

Types of questions:
- one or multiple choice questions
- questions may contain an image, text, sound recording.

The contractor should create an evaluation scale based on the sections (Grammar & Vocabulary, Reading comprehension, Listening comprehension, Business Vocabulary) and levels: A2, B1, B2, C1. The evaluation scale should correspond to levels from CEFR.

The contractor should create descriptive evaluation of test results based on the evaluation scale. The evaluation should consist of a few sentences describing individual sections. Evaluation should also speak clearly about what level of language skills has a candidate and what he must practice to get better results in the future. If necessary the contractor should remember that he will have to edit and modify questions into our web site.

There will be one available test in a foreign language on our virtual testCV platform. A specially designed testing mechanism will be choosing questions from each section.
As a result, the candidate receives an general descriptive opinion of the level of his language skills (A2, B1, B2 and C1).

Specification:

Vocabulary: e.g.: verb, noun, adjective, adverb, pronoun, conjunction, article, numeral, preposition , antonym, synonym, homonym, proverbs, idioms, the vocabulary related with the Internet, with work / workplace , with the office, occupations / professions, general vocabulary, etc.

Grammar: all categories
Reading comprehension: 2 or 3 short author's reading texts + questions on the level A2, B1, B2, C1

Some Business Vocabulary: for example: media, advertising & promotion, tools and promotional procedures, trade, commerce, purchase, sale, buy-sell online, prices, industry, marketing, management/ managing in the international environment, company structure, recruitment/HR/ qualifications etc., product, production/ manufacturing, accounting & financial statements, banking, logistics, shares & industrial stocks, legal basic terminology (agreement, citation, summons, appeal against a decision etc.)
