Hi,
Have you though of using something like Digi's ConnectCore module family? They provide a Linux based development kit. Further to that you would only need to arrange the development of a motherboard based on the one provided in their development kit but adding the missing peripherals like printers.
On reading through the list of peripherals it strikes me it reads like a mobile phone. Could you describe the application to see whether all those are really needed?
If you don't reduce the spec the design is quite unrealistic if you are not a mobile phone manufacturer.

The project is of development of solution which shall include ARM based main board with mentioned peripherals and LINUX. The solution has to be small so as to fit in hand that is why it is called handheld.
The mentioned peripherals like printers, gsm/gprs or available as modules/peripherals which can be procured and then integrated with the main baord.
The cost of the components shall be entire paid by me and shall also be arranged by me.over 1 year ago
