Hi. I am looking for someone to design me a cartoon image of Buddha for a comedy/joke/blog site. Nothing offensive, but nothing serious either. I don't want to insult Buddhists with this image, so be careful. Thanks.gb

08/10/2010 at 2:48 EDT:I need the image to look very cartoonish. it will be for a website called "blamebuddha.com" so imagine someone pointing the finger at the cartoon figure and the cartoon figure kind of shrugging his shoulders with hands turned palms up in the air as if he is clueless and doesn't know who to blame.

In reviewing your project description, I am certain that I have all the necessary skills to create a cartoon image for you. I have taken 3 years of college, one of Art Fundamentals, and 2 of Animation and Graphics, and I have lots of experience in cartoon and realistic drawing. I also have experience illustrating children's books. If you would like to see some examples of my work, see my online blog at http://evil-onion.blogspot.com.
If selected for the project, I would like to begin with a detailed description of the project from you, and then I can do as many preliminary sketches as needed to get the style you are looking for.
I am an eager, young artist in need of work, and so will charge $100 for this project, including initial sketches and revisions at no extra cost to you.
Because of recent issues I've had with employers not intending to pay for my work, I will require payment before I begin any definite work.
