Looking for unique art to use for T-Shirt designs

I'm a T-Shirt designer looking for two things, an excellent artist to translate my ideas into tangible art and I am also looking for artists who may already have unique art for me to use on my T-Shirts. DeviantArt is a great website and has alot of the type of far out art I like, so if you have collections like this, far from average, weird and unique pictures that people don't see everyday on T-Shirts I would love to see it. I'm also looking for someone who is good at drawing public figures as I also plan to have a political T-Shirt line that is satirical basically. Whoever can meet my requests will DEFINITELY get ALOT of work from me moving forward as I will always be looking for new and fresh designs. MUST INCLUDE a sample of your work and it would be great if you were familiar with photoshop and/or illustrator. I'm not really looking to pay more than $10-$30 per design, or more depending on the greatness of the design, but I can guarantee you that the amount of designs I start to order will eventually add up for you as often I will buy several designs at a time. If you already have some collections available let me know. Copywritten designs are definitely a plus.Skills required:
