Our company is a certified 8(a) small electronics business promoting our new proactive cyber security solution to small, medium, and corporate customers. Our system is completely automated and protects our clients data, website, streaming media, and even VOIP systems from cyber attack and theft.

We are seeking a quality sales group to push this product to the market with a high reward.

Please note that as an independent sales entity you will be responsible for generating your own leads and sales. We are looking for experienced call centers to contact potential clients and educate them on our Proactive Cyber Security Solution. Your call center will be responsible for closing the sale of the potential client. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN LIVE LEAD TRANSFERS.

We are seeking companies that can provide CLOSED deals, not prospects. Your team must be able to close the deal.

Your center will provide:

• Outbound sales
• High quality customer service
• Order taking, processing and fulfilled
• Lead generation
• Direct Response
• Product information requests
• Database cleaning and updating
• Up-sell and cross-selling
• Business-to-business sales solutions
• Complaint and issue resolution
• Billing information
• Troubleshooting
• Help desk service
• Email Response

Our company is seeking a 2 month TRIAL.
To start we will require at least 3 outbound agents with job sharing Web Chat and Email Response.
Trail months will only target clients within the state of Arizona 9am – 5pm Mountain Standard Time.
After we are satisfied with your performance you will be selected to take on our effort globally 24hrs/day.
Additional agents will be required at that time.
