Twitter script using no API

I am interested in a Twitter script (ASP, PHP, PERL, JavaScript) to post tweet when it is called "via web" and no "via api" so without using the Twitter API.Everytime it is called it can read from a file the row (going through a list or randomly) to tweet and login and post it as emulating a real human with a Web Broswer.
Something simple and light that I can understand.

My macro do following:
1. Connects to twitter emulating user
2. Post tweets from external csv file emulating user (not using API)
3. Performs it in the loop with stated time delay
If you want to randomize time delay or data taken from file I can do it for additional 30$ less
