    Hello,
    I can easily provide the IP addresses of your required country. You can use those IPs, and can change your address and port in 1 minute, thus, having a different IP in a minute. I can’t bid on the project, since .net is not in my qualification, please add “data entry” in the category and invite me. I can provide list of IPs and respective ports numbers in excel file, so, you just have to copy and paste. Thanks
