Features needed:

- A front-end form for the user to enter themselves
- The app needs to stop the guest list at X amount of registrations with a message "Sorry but the guest list in now full for this week" set for each event.
- Send a confirmation email to the registrant and the client for each registration
- Tell a friend you're on the list - send email to friend on registration
- Auto de-dupe any emails entered more than once
- A backend page where the client can print the weekly list
- A backend page to enter/remove banned email addresses
- A backend function to clear the list for the following week
- Can create as many events as needed
- Drop down menu's to choose events and days of the events.
