Need interface between our website and CRMS

Project Description:

Our website address is www.b2funding.com, we need someone to create the data interface between our site and the CRMS. The data is posted to assigned URL. Currently we are receiving emails once a client enters there data. I have all the field mappings and we need to make sure that the HTTP posts are posted correctly with poststrings. You might have to email the CRMS (leads360.com) support to make sure it is done correctly. Otherwise I already have instructions from them and some test data.

Also, we need a few touch ups and this work need to be included in the price:

We had a designer create a new logo and banner...we want that banner to replace the current one on our site www.b2funding.com.

Change the logos between Bankrate.com and Fannie Mae.

Change the 5 YEAR FIXED to 5 YEAR ARM.

Our two drop down boxes need to default to "Choose One" for Loan Purpose and State.

Add field called "Credit Profile" with a drop down box: Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor (will also default to Choose One"). The field will be all the way on the bottom. This information will be emailed to us along with the current fields.
