I am trying to put together a small team of American-based freelance writers to help me with some ongoing projects. I'd prefer individuals with some experience but am willing to work with new writers as well. The idea is to have a group of reliable people to help meet deadlines and cut down the monotony of larger projects without having to commit to the 5 or 10 articles per day that many teams require.I am a PhD student, so I understand that life gets busy and I'm designing my team to be as flexible as possible. Please make a bid if this interests you. I will ask candidates to write one short trial article. Those that require the least editing will be invited to work with me. I am looking for three writers right now and will expand down the road if necessary. Hired writers will have access to a shared Google document listing available assignments, along with the pay rate for each. You can claim jobs that appeal to you as your schedule allows.

Given your academic background and demographic advantage,
if you focus on high end jobs, it would do immense good to
your budding enterprise as well as the entire team.
Believe me, the $1 or $2 stuff is an exasperating proposition
even in the short run. Though I am new here, I have already
contributed over 4000 digital world and am pretty clear on what
it takes to be there.
