Convert or Recreate multiple websites from ASP to Joomla

Project Description:
We currently have several related websites that are currently written in ASP and running on a hosted windows environment.One site is a distributor website with sections for partners, customers and vendors and services.
One site is a consulting website with various services advertised grouped by technology and product.
The remainder are dedicated vendor websites with up to 6 vendors having their own site with a particular style and layout.
We want to migrate our hosting to an existing hosted linux environment we are using with some newer Joomla-based websites we have. As such we want to either convert our ASP websites to joomla, or create new websites in Jooma with the old ones as a visual and content reference.
We will be moving across the vast majority of content images and logos from the existing site. the new site should be maintainable and updatable, particularly the various vendor layouts we are using.
We can provide a link to the existing websites to qualified bidders.

Just an update:
We are sifting through the numerous bids right now. No new bids are requested for now, as I believe we have a good selection to choose from.
As a general note: when you provide a website, make sure that the links work! we've dropped a few bids because of this.
