Project Description:
Need to outsource part of the redesign of an event promotion organization's website with moderate use of Flash and some dynamic ASP programming. Client is into the music and event promotion business and organizes about 4-5 events per year for business professionals.Existing website need total overhaul in line with client's vision of a modern but not futuristic look. Currently, we have several projects we are working on and is presently unavailable to solely redesign this web site to meet client's deadline.
The important element of the web site includes:
a) Flash Intro page
b) Home page with dynamic flash elements
c) Newletter (preferably programmed in ASP)
d) Photo gallery
e) Event page (this page must be a template to allow client change the content themselves as the host events). Event page must also have the ability to sell events ticket online through paypal, 2checkout.com and google checkout.
f) About us page
h) Contact us page
g) Sponsorship page
Winning bidder will be assigned a project manager who will supervise the project and ensure the strict deadline of October 30 is met. Selected bidders will be provided with more details as well as link to current web site.
Please note that client is well aware that this project is being outsourced but has assigned full project management responsibilities to us and will not deal with anyone else directly.

Please note that my client site is NOT an Adult entertainment web site. The client will just want a look and feel similar to the above mentioned site. The client organizes about 4 party events a year and will like to use the web site to market this events. As stated in the bid, the site will have a photo gallery categorized by under each event, and a newsletter management application to send out event information for opt-in visitors. The events should be self updatable byy the client even though the design will be in Flash. Please review http://www.sexinthecitydc.com/ and provide your proposal which will detail how you hope to accomplish the client's vision as well as your final cost. Note:the budget still remains between $300 - $1500. Selection of final bidder will be based on design proposal, expertize in being able to do the job, as well as bidder's cost. The final 4 selected bidders will be required to produce a mockup similar to the site before the final selection is made.
