Project Description:

Ojective: When home for sale expire or withdraw from the MLS, the wipe out ohone information. Right now we compare the tax record to see where to send a mailer, but have not phone # any more.

in Excel: extract the information in the Expired/Withdrawn in the Austin MLS database, cross check the public records to find real mailing address. Add phone #;'s (maybe from White Pages) and emails iif available.

So (today's expireds, for example)
MLS number, area, status owners name house number, street, city, zip list pirce > all from MLS database
matching owner name in county database, find current address
Match names, address, zips to owner's , emails too if possible
