If you are self motivated, creative, well spoken, possess exceptional communication skills and have the independence and assertiveness to manage and direct your individual compensation level, then this would be a great opportunity for you!
As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for finding your own clients and educating them on the services that we provide.
Successful team members will be expected to convert their leads to sales in a timely and efficient manner. In this commission position, you will have clear goals and the ability to manage your schedule to exceed them at all times.
Qualified applicants must possess a strong desire to sell, excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Internet. Over the phone sales experience is required and outbound sales experience is preferred.
We are a growing development company specializing in website design, custom web development, custom computer application development and are seeking professional sales people and to help our company reach our growth and production targets for 2010.
Your key role will be selling web design, web development and custom computer application development services.

QUALIFICATIONS
IT knowledge a must. You can't sell what you don't know.
Strong communication and closing skills
Fluent in English
Prior selling experience preferred
Self Starter. (self management is a must since this is a work from home position)
Ability to cold call
Excellent work ethic
Active listening skills and probing abilities to effectively qualify customer needs and define their requirements
Ability to respond promptly to needs and concerns of all prospects
