Dear Freelancer,

We are an Email Marketing Agency and we are interested in buying fresh and active double opt-in email lists, they must be from English-speaking countries (Australia, Canada, USA, and UK), and they preferably should belong to the below categories/niched

1. Automotive
2. Health Fitness and Beauty
3. Bizz Ops & Work at Home
4. Education
5. Dating
6. Carriers & Employment
7. Financial
8. Sweepstakes

They should belong to people who are able to buy from the Internet, and have the money to do that.

Here is a list of requirements:

1- Emails MUST be from English speaking countries.

2- Emails should be preferably from active, and people who read emails. They also should have money to buy products (no poor countries).

3- Must provide a sample of at least 2500 emails for a test so I can get a percentage of views.

4- Must include the term "i dont use spam to collect emails" in your bid or PM.

5- Must not require upfront payments. (Cause we need to verify the quality of the lists)

6- Must explain how you received your email lists and the url of the form that the email was submitted

7- You must know that I'm interested in quality, and not quantity.

8- Put your price per 100,000 emails as your bid, if it's higher or lower than the range please mention that in the PM.

9- Email must be active, fresh, double opt-in, quality, and uncommonly used.

10- If you can't do all requirements, you must mention that in the PM/bid.

11- I expect a high rate of email views (more than 15%).


Once again, we are interested in quality, not quantity. we've seen many people offer 50 million email addresses for just 20$.

We have a very good experience on Internet and Email Marketing since 2000. We can choose to work with more then than one provider.
