I would like bid for this Learning Management system, the amount of traffic to the site is estimated 2 to 6 people daily we hope!. I have seen a few other sites that changing the graphic and wording but the content will need to be identical. Timers for each student, is required along with personal information will need to be obtained for each driver. There will be 4 product lines; question and testing for the mature driver, Teen drivers or beginner drivers, and ticket removal many of the questions will be the same; however some of the questions will be more suited for each category. The fourth category will be for service industry drivers, plumber, and electrician. Most of the same type questions will the same for these drivers with an additional 20 geared for the commercial driver. Later a firth module may be brought on later after a year.
I need the bid for set up and maintained of the site, monthly cost for making changes and maintain the site operation. Cost for correction to the site, and changes after beta testing. Landing page and graphic must be easy to read for the user. They click on a related image for information about the product information page about how it works, and disclaimer required by the state of Nevada.
Small area for advertising Lawyer, Insurance quotes, link to books by amazon, this needs to be under links along with DMV Link for the state of Nevada, and other income generating links ( this I will need help on).
Information that is required from every student, Name addresses email phone number drivers lic number and dob. This must be secure data and reported daily by state law I feel some type of spread sheet that is automated. I need daily reports on how many viewed, how many purchased, returned of student. A promotional code /coupon code will need to also be on the front landing page . This promo code will allow the user to obtain a discount. The discount codes will need a monthly report with the name of the student and their email address under each promo code. This is a report that will need to be automated monthly or some way to create this report, simple excel format for easy book keeping.
Once a student decides on the product they purchase the product, shopping cart pay. After the purchase they buy the module they want, an automated thank you along with a generated id code to identify the person such as John A. Sensen dob 11-12-1977 their code is 77 year of birth, First letter J, Last Letter of last name N, and second Letter of Last E, and the month- his code 77Jsne12 this code along with the email address will allow them to log in and out of the learning system, each time they log in the system the code is sent to their email confirming the code.

Each section of the class must be passed with 70% otherwise they must start over.
Once the classes are completed, and passed with the above score an email certificate of completion. With an offer to send it to the court for an additional fee of $4.00

13. The course instruction plan, including copies of detailed training outlines and any teaching aids used by the school, course evaluation, sample student records, and all examinations, which will be administered. NRS 483.725 and NAC 483.778
A. Each unit of instruction must contain adequate course content material to satisfy the minimum course training material.
B. The system must prevent a student from advancing to the next unit if the required time for the current unit has not been met.
C. The system must generate a report that includes, without limitation, for each student:
1. The name of the student.
2. The date and time that the student begins and ends each work session.
3. The total actual time spent by a student to complete each unit. NAC 483.778(4)
D. The course must include a validation-criteria system to ensure the identity of the student taking the course.
1. The system must prevent a student who fails the validation criteria by 10% or more from receiving a Certificate of Completion.
2. Failure of 10% or more of the personal validation criteria must result in the student being prevented from continuing the course.
14. A site inspection will be conducted by an authorized representative of the department. NAC 483.754.3 (1)
15. Copy of student records must be maintained for at least three years, NAC 483.770. Copy of the certificate of completion must be maintained as well, NAC 483.7898.
16. An access code for the department to monitor any communications technology course. NAC 483.769
When the auto report downloads must be in excel format.
