ALL Articles delivered must be copyscape safe and only be published on my site. This means copying content directly and changing a few words (low factor spinning) will not be accepted! Failing on this part will result in termination of the agreement instantly. However finding inspiration and ideas for what is "the news" and "the current trends" from sites like these are important. Determining what is "hot and trendy" will be the challenge and should be a technique we develop and improve. Social indicators like #tweets #likes #comments etc. could work.

You will be responsible for locating article candidates. In the beginning we will agree on the topics to be picked but I expect you to work independantly within 2-3 weeks.
You MUST have a natural interest in the topics we cover. Writing MUST be in good solid English and correct grammar. Posts must be written in an informative and friendly tone and follow publishing good practice. E.g. if statements are made there must be a link to source, relevant images etc.. All articles must be prepared for being published in our WordPress, with relevant meta data, tags, images, alt tags on images etc. following SEO best practice (if training is required I will assist).
In case an article require rewriting to address review comments before it can be published this work will have to be prioritized. LEARNING from feedback is key... I will not accept repeating the same feedback over and over again.
Bidders must estimate the effectiveness (average # of articles per workday) and agree to be monitored. E.g. if we estimate performance to be 2-3 articles (3-500 words each) ready for being published (during a 7-8 hours workday) this is performance on avarage will be required to get full payment unless there is a good reason and common understand for why you are not delivering as agreed.
Please as an example create a title and excerpt of this article and attach it to your proposal. This is a small test on writing skills. If you don't deliver this I will NOT consider your offer at all!
