Overview

We are looking for an experienced SEO professional with excellent writing and link-building skills.

We need 100 one way thematic links from PR3-PR7 sites for our websites built out within 15 Days. Basically, we have 5 websites that need 20 links each. Work is to be done under the strict guidelines as follows:

We prefer the following PR distribution of the 50 links. However, the number of higher PR links can be more than what is stated below.:
* PR3+ = 30
* PR4+ = 30
* PR5+ = 30
* PR6+ =10

Rules for linkbuilding:

Please read everything carefully before bidding.

1. Require One way links only (no reciprocal links will be accepted)
2. Links should contain the target keyword/keyword phrase (we will supply the target keyword/keyword phrase) as text in the link anchor text hyperlink in combination with the link description that we will also supply.
3. Links must be permanent, static html links
4. Links must be in text, no graphics
5. Links cannot be from framed pages
6. Links cannot be through a JavaScript
7. Links cannot be through a redirect script
8. Links cannot be on Flash sites or pages
9. Links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag
10. No links using any automated techniques or techniques of blog comment spam, referrer spam or ANY other shady tactic.
11. No link exchange programs or web rings such as Linkpartners.com, Backlinks.com, Gotlinks.com, LinksToYou.com etc.
12. Page must not be excluded by robots.txt and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.
13. Linked sites must be in production and active. (Developed and Not under construction).
14. One link per domain. All links must be from different Class-C IP addresses
15. Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa
16. No sites that require ongoing payments
17. No Scraped content, mirror sites, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, popups, intrusive advertising, etc.
18. No link from: guestbook’s, blogs, classifieds, dynamic inks, link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, directories, Free For All websites, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, pornographic or generally black hat sites, Gambling, Sports, Poker, Bingo or related websites
19. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics
20. Links must not be labeled, sponsored, links, or ads;
21. Links must be manually submitted ONLY. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others)
22. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted.
23. Staggered deployment of the links is required to avoid any penalties.
24. Must send us weekly updates of links.
25. We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
26. Links must be on fashion related site or category
27. Link page should be on English language sites only,US based only
28. Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within last 30 days.
29. Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc
30. Links must be on pages with 20 outbound links at most.
31. Link pages must relate /relevant to topic.
32. Links must be in different text combinations.
33. Links must be listed / indexed in corresponding PR SITE and PAGE.
34. Links should not be listed, illegal and other offensive websites (spam, ban, or blacklisted).
35. No forums, directories, blog comment submissions, guestbooks or classifieds links.
36. Links should not be posted and or participate web directory or in any commercial link exchange programs/ web rings/ link farms/ exchange programs. i.e linkpartners.com, LinksToYou.com, etc. The old co-op advertising sites are no good as well.

Deliverables


Report requirements:
We require bi-weekly progress reports and final report in Excel spreadsheet format with the following columns and data:

* Date link submitted
* Date link accepted
* Link URL
* Google PR of the URL
* Anchor text
* Contact email address information
* Contact name if available

Provider Qualifications:
* You will need to submit an explanation/strategy covering all SEO techniques and your link building strategy that you will be using including how you plan on finding and contacting the linking sites.
* An indication you have read and understand all project requirements
* Example of your work and similar successful completed projects to confirm quality and results




Payments

The winning bidder will be paid through Freelancer.com. 25% will be paid after on week 3 after links submitted are verified, 25% will be paid on week 5 when links submitted are verified and 35% after all links cached by Google and the last 15% after link remains in Google for 30 days. Future work will be provided if good results are delivered.
