First of all, I need someone who has decent English and discipline whom has the ability to:

1. Rewrite articles daily consistently

3. Write simple author biography and hyperlink to the site I give.

The key point here is CONSISTENCY !

One may expect to rewrite and submit 12 articles per week -- 48 articles per month
And if you are capable enough, you'll be given more project.
