Hello Tiffany,

Please bid $40 on this copy project.

This project entails writing 5 new pages of copy with the following guidelines:

*Keyword density: 3% - 4% for each exact keyword phrasings (keywords/total words x 100)
*Word Count: Copy should be at least 300 words per page
*Capitalization for headers
*Client brand names/product names: ensure they are written exactly as supplied
*Content Structure: Create a final paragraph at the end of the page which contains a summary of what was covered, any selling points and a strong call to action for the visitor
*Content Structure: The first paragraph should be a overview of what will be contained within the page, utilizing the keywords whenever possible.
*Headings: Headings and sub-headings should be used to provide semantic structure to the content
*Keyword location: At least once bold
*Keyword location: Page Header: exact keyword phrase
*Keyword location: Paragraph headlines: exact keyword phrase
*Keyword Tip: Utilize bullet points to work in keywords if they do not flow naturally within the content
*Links: Try to include textual links within the body copy to other related pages, use meaningful text for text links such as “website design” rather than “click here” (please denote in Word by underlining and inserting the destination URL as a comment
*Locations: use exact phrasing, punctuation in between and prepositions are ok (i.e. …offering Auto Insurance. Philadelphia companies… or Auto Insurance in Philadelphia)
*Original Text: Do not use duplicate text from another site or throughout your own site
*Photos: When photos are shown, provide captions when possible which accurately describe what is shown in the photo.
*Pluralization throughout: After keyword density is reached for exact keyword phrases, use a different form of the keyword (singular or plural). They do not count toward keyword density.
*Synonyms throughout: After keyword density is reached for exact keyword phrases, search for keyword term using “~keyword” and determine good synonyms. They do not count toward keyword density.

If all copywriting and corrections (its providers responsibility to add time for a round of changes) a $10 a day penalty will be deducted from project award amount. Reduction will occur via a freelancer.com dispute for a missed deadline penalty.
