Data Extract from Monster for a keyword

I want to extract jobs from monster.com for a given keyword. The program should also take a parameter as to how many records to extract and all the jobs extracted should be the latest by posted date. I also want to know if there is a way to extract the email address of the person who has posted the jobs in those sites. Please send me a quote for this.I would need the following data as the output
`title`, `description`, `company`, `company_url`, `created_on`, `poster_email`,'poster_company',`category`,`subcategory`, `salaryfrom`, `salaryto`, `salaryper`, `address`,`city`, `zip_code`, `state`
Program can be written in any language as long as I am able to run it on Windows 7
