I rent an Elite server at Hostgator. I have added Mambo on a new website and I like the general idea of Mambo but do not have the time to learn play with it right now. I need a site up and running quickly.

I would like a mambo or Joomla template

The site is for funding our company that will fund restaurant franchisees. The idea is to make the template close to the franchisor,s website and logo design while ensuring that we are not copying their copyrighted material.

1) Need Logo for our company that uses either same or similar font as franchisor.
2) Need only first intro page and template design to be ready quickly
3) Need a clear link to a private area for investors. Needs to be secure
4) secure area needs to be accessed by a login processes whereby the person if they do not have a login needs to provide their name address phone number and brokerage firm if applicable.
5) Once they provide this information before they can access the information they should have to confirm that they are an acreddited investor ( Wording for their confirmation will be provided) This is similar to when someone confirms a license prior to being able to move on.
6) their login is to be then sent to them by email. A screen should come up indicating that they should verify their email for the information.
