Create and modify wordpress theme

Hello everyone! I am planning to setup a sports website for fun with a friend and we need help making modifications to an existing theme. The website would be similar to this one ([login to view URL]). The themes I would like to use are mix between: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The firs theme (video) is exactly the same theme used for: ([login to view URL]) but with some additional modifications. The website has to include 3 main areas: Posts for articles, separate area for Video posts and area for stats using traditional tables (plugin). 1. The Homepage has to include an area to post news. This is where I would like to use the theme “[login to view URL] The main changes to this area are: removing the breaking news roll over section at the top of them and replacing the default comments section by a facebook feed comments plugging ([login to view URL]). I also will need adding few more plugin all over the website (at least 2 or 3 in the home page and same amount in other areas). Example of plugin to add: [login to view URL] 2. I will need a separate section where to post the embedded videos. For this I need to add a banner or section on the homepage showing people a link to access to the video section. In this part of the site I would like to use a different theme which will classify all the videos posted and will be separated from the rest of the site. “[login to view URL]” (first one mentioned above). In the video section I would like to remove the top boxed area of the theme with the large video screen and the little ones below as well as the “Featured Category (widget) area” and replacing this by a plugin and maybe a publicity banner. But if it is too complicated I will leave it as it is. Exactly the same as requested in the homepage I would like to replace the default comments section by a facebook feed comments plugging ([login to view URL]). 3. Finally going back to the First Theme I would like to add all stats from a particular season by country. For this I would need a table (plugin if needed) where I will classify the teams by points, games won, drawn, lost, etc + all the results by week/fixtures (same table logic will be used to add the week/fixtures results with match information as who scored the goal and what minute. (In this part I will need to add images next to the text posted, example: team logo). For this part or the site I need to have a Scroll bar so people can change the stats/results from one season to another in a particular championship. *** I will provide you the themes already and so I pay for them separetly.
