I saw the reference videos and your provided image. Is it supposed to be operated in water or on ground? We would require more images with different angles in order to model it in 3D and make the animation.

This is small budget (as you noted), but I am new to Freelancer.com (though very experienced), so I am interested to do this job in order to obtain your review and increase rating for future projects. End result has to be much more photorealistic than in animations that you provided links for. I already have several ideas for operation animation (2).
