  Dear,
  What I need is a professional developer who can deliver a high quality CRM system that I can trust. Lets me clear my requirement into points so it will be easy to understand:
  - It’s need to be on PHP format.
  - The interface and the system should be in three language (English, Arabic & Urdu).
  - It’s need to be divided on modules base:
   Customer Profile (including all customer info that required in all below modules)
   Sales Module (will support direct branch sales and invoicing)
   Resellers Module (will support resellers sales & targets)
   Telesales Module (will support sales leads and prospect customers phone & email sales)
   Customer Service Module (will support all customer service levels, Ticketing system, and a CTI fully attached with Asterisk (http://www.asterisk.org/) so if any customer called the agent will get a pop-up with all his info through the CRM.
   CRM should be fully integrated with Asterisk as any customer will be called through the system as an outbound calls and customer will get a full history of his dialed and received calls on his record.
   Delivery & Distribution Module (this module should be configured with Google maps and mapping direction (you can check this site as reference http://www.go.com.sa/atheebweb/loadProspectCustomerCMAP.action?lang=en&cms_sid=479004733b5f3b05e05c3a6f4bf7b778#1280223113317) this map should also support distribution point and range so the customer will be attached to his distribution point for delivery purposes.
   Announcements Module (Can be target all customer or prospect customer or sales leads using SMS or Email or both)
   Inventory Module (will be related to all inventory process)
   Installation Module (will support all installation purposes with full track and confirmation process)
   Marketing Module (will support all marketing campaign)
   Administration Module (will control the system)
   Reporting Module (Including fixed report and customize, also needs to be supporting graphic draft)
   Self-service Module (where the customer can modify his profile, see it, submit a case…est.)
  
  - The application needs to be easy to install and totally user friendly.
  - The application needs to be able to handle unlimited users on the same time (minimum 3000 user)
  - It’s need to be fast and easy to understand.
  - It’s has ability to attached files to customer profile or trouble ticket.
  - Easy to developed and attached to any other system when required.
  - Attached with SMS gateway & Email. So the customer can be contacted through both.
  - Easy to control the SMS/Email notification message based on action. (should be done through admin module)
  - Easy to edit the SMS/Email message text (should be done through admin module)
  - Any Customer profile, sales lead or prospect customer will be attached with his (Facebook & LinkedIn account)
  - Easy to design and changing template (should be include 5 template when deliver)
  - I-phone application to show all reports & statistic.
  - Multi level of permissions and access.
  This project will be our first project and we are looking for long term relation with a high quality firm who we can trust and rely on to find our needs. And this is how we can work:
  1) Please submit your bid to me directly (ss_osama (at) hotmail (dot) com) plus the site. Including all your best or similar projects.
  2) I will review all bids and when your bid get preliminary approval. I will send you a confirmation.
  3) When you are selected (and you will not be alone) you need to send me a full documentation about the project including all processes and workflow with your project plan. And your IBAN bank account for the payment.
  4) After I receive it I will judge your firm professionally and quality.
  5) If it’s approved you will receive 10% payment on your account to start work. And we will discuss all things online so you can develop the system.
  6) You need to send me daily report about the progress and every Monday & Thursday we need to have a meeting through online.
  7) After 25% of the project is done you will receive 15% of the payment on your account.
  8) After 50% of the project is done you will receive 25% of the payment.
  9) After the project is completed and installed and tested you will receive the 50% of the payment.
  10) The project will be fully owned by me and you have no right to distribute it, sell it, rent it show it to anyone else without referring to me.
  11) The project name will be provided by you (5 suggestion) and the logo should be deliver with the system.
  12) You need to commit to support the system out of any charge 6 month after deployment. And after that any support needs will be arrange by another agreement.
  13) As I say the project documents, plans, descriptions, scripts or sources is owned by me and I have the right to resale it, distrubte it, use it, or even destroy it without refer to anyone.
  14) All developer needs to print this document and sign it and send it to me as a PDF format at (ss_osama (at) hotmail (dot) com) with NDA agreement when you send me your bid and this will measure your seriousness.
  15) The modules details I leave it for your professional experience on this kind of modules.
  16) Any security bug need to be fixed will be developer responsibility as the system needs to be 100% secured from losing and data or hacking.
  17) When the project finished the developer need to provide a full documentation about the system (full document describe the system with presentation, training materials as documents and slide show presentation.
  18) The selected developer will work with us in all our developing needs for long term as there is many project coming soon such as (Hotel reservation system, Hotel management system, School management system, ERP system and many more)
