Hi,I`m owner of two websites, one for image hosting and one for file hosting and for this websites I need somebody who can create desktop standalone application (no installations) and also no need for .net framework or other, must work on any standard windows pc (98, xp, vista, 7), also, need to be attractive in design part and, I thinking that I don`t need to write this but..., MUST WORK WITHOUT PROBLEMS....
My users will use this application for image/file uploads without visiting my websites...I need something like this:

This application using standard upload forms, for my application we`ll create some simple API in cooperation with you...
Application will POST images to servers, will not use FTP...

Hey There,
Although you mentioned this to be under C#, I can do this under Delphi. It will not require any .NET of any sort, will use less resources, and will look gorgeous!
As for technical expertise, I have dealt with POST HTML form submissions, and I can easily submit an image to any number of URLs that you wish, either the user would select, or it be automatic.
Because I have not yet "qualified" myself to be under C# programming, i can't post a bid, but I can do this for ~200 dollars, negotiable of course :)

The uploading is done using http using multipart-form.

Hi, i recently created a similar application, it creates screenshots and uploads them to box.net using the API(REST/POST) test here the current version http://www.box.net/shared/kja20ypoa8 this version is in testing phase and waiting for artwork and feedback
I used Qt4 and the application runs on LinuxMac and Windows
The user interface is simple but it looks native and integrates in the OS.
