Need a Virtual Assistant-Web Designer/Developer/Webmaster


Part Time (10 hours a week initially but more if work is up to standard)


Work Required:

-Website/Landing page design/modifications
-Modifying and tweaking current website as per requirement
-Some photoshop work
-HTML/CSS
-FTP
-Google Products Uploads
-Post ads to craigslist, gumtree etc.
-Blog posts/linkbuilding
-Article submission (Not writing),
-URL redirects etc
-Google analytics & sitemap updates
-Maintain Twitter & YouTube channels
-Forum posts & blog comments
-Keyword & competitor research
-SEO
-Site Maintenance, backups/updates for sites.
-Basic logo design work

SKILLS REQUIRED:

-CSS,
-XHTML,
-HTML,
-Photoshop,
-PHP basics (an advantage)
-Cubecart or Zencart experience (an advantage)
-Basic trouble shooting


Experience

-2+ years of real time design/development/webmaster experience - I will require samples/references.


Ideal Candidate:-

-Excellent communication skills - particularly WRITTEN ENGLISH (correct spelling, grammar & punctuation).

-Ability to meet deadlines.

Work requirements.
-5hr/day, 2 day week,
-Should have reliable broadband connection - communication will be mainly via email and some Skype
-Should have access to all necessary web, graphic design and development tools.

Budget
Around - $150 per 28 calender days, payable weekly.

This will be followed by email correspondence and a 2 days paid trial for each short-listed candidate at the end of which I will make my decision.

Once confirmed payments will be made to you directly via Paypal. (I will not send the payment as a "gift" - you will have to provide an invoice for your time that week and payment will be sent for "services" so any Paypal fees must be covered by you.

***I don't expect you to have expertise in every single skill required BUT I do expect you to be honest about what you can and can't do at the moment. I am not posting this project because I don't know how to do these things myself - but rather because I don't have time to do all of this in a week! I will know by the end of the 2 day trial what you are capable of - so please do not waste my time or yours!***
