Site development detail:

Brief: Creation of a website similar to www.scamdicappers.com albeit with a focus initially on European based sports
Basic functionality initially with enhancements made as site popularityincreases
Site development two fold (1) Site administration (2) User experience

Site administration: Access for 2 – 3 users
Content management facility
Database is key to site (entry, update and analysis functions required)
Auto odds and scores updates

User experience: Site will be need to be password controlled with the exception of main page
Users will be required to pay for subscription (Paypal?)
Graphics & Banners will be required (Name tbc) – looking for a quality image
Flash content required

Additional Information: Frequent progress updates on site development expected
